Processing & Handling

We know you're excited to receive your order. That’s why our team works diligently to ensure every package is handled with care:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11 AM ET (Mon–Fri) are processed and dispatched the same business day.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 11 AM ET or during the weekend will be shipped the very next business day.

  • Peak Periods: During special events like our Spring Refresh or holidays, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for us to perfect your shipment.
