At The Maison Claire, we want you to feel confident and inspired by every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes a fit or a color isn't exactly what you envisioned, and we are here to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our Philosophy

As a boutique focused on quality and timeless style, we operate with a curated inventory. To support our vision of sustainable fashion and high-end service, we offer Exchanges or Store Credit for all eligible returns.

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds at this time.

The Essentials

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

  • Return Options: You can choose a direct Exchange for a different size/color or receive Store Credit in the form of a Maison Claire Gift Card.

  • Store Credit: Your digital gift card will be sent via email, never expires, and can be used on any future collection.

How to Start a Return

To begin, simply email us at info@themaisonclaire.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Claire or a member of our team will guide you through the next steps personally.

Return Conditions

To ensure we can provide the best quality to all our customers, we ask that returned items meet the following criteria:

  • New Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Clean & Pristine: Free of stains, scents, or pet hair.

  • Tags Attached: All original Maison Claire tags must remain attached to the garment.

Items returned in non-sellable condition will unfortunately not qualify for an exchange or credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale are yours to keep and cannot be returned or exchanged. This allows us to offer special pricing on select pieces while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our Montréal warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect the item and issue your exchange or store credit. We will notify you by email the moment it’s processed.
